In 2012, tired of the stress of modern life, I began my journey in well-being and self-care. I decided to trade in my stressful life as a sports audiovisual producer for one where my hands were the protagonists and where I could work peacefully and calmly. After training as a masseuse in Madrid, I travelled to Thailand to learn to live a slower lifestyle whilst studying Thai massage techniques. These ancient, powerful techniques balance our vital energy and free us of blocks that build up day after day.
Upon returning from this marvellous experience, I started working as a masseuse, discovering how techniques fused together and were reflected in my massages.
